left-hand side of this website, use our Advanced Search
tools or browse through the Project Listings,
and then use our secure checkout system from your
Shopping Basket to order.
If you are an Educational institution you can order direct from us on this site and request an invoice. Please follow the instructions at the Checkout for School Accounts.

Returns
Returned items must reach us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund and include the invoice. Please return by recorded delivery to:

We will then refund the price and any delivery and handling charges that you have paid. However, if you return any book and it is not in saleable condition we will not be obliged to make any refund.
To return a damaged item, please contact customer services on 01235 827 720 with your invoice number. We will send you a replacement copy, and a pre-paid label to return the damaged item.
